Domestic Shipping

please allow up to 21 days for your order to be processed and shipped as Most items are made to order. you will be notified via email if any chances may come up regarding your order

Return Policy

exchanges and store credit will be issued to those who email within a seven day time frame after purchase,Otherwise All sales on tibceramics.com are Final sale. Please note that all pieces are uniquely handmade, and that different variations in size and color are not grounds for returning. If a product arrives damaged, please email with photo evidence within seven days. you will be reimbursed or the pieces will be remade.

International Shipping

In person Pick-up

If you live around the Culver city, playa del rey, mar vista, marina del rey, or venice area, I strongly encourage having in person pick up! Choose the “in person pick-up” option when checking out and email me at tibceramics@gmail.com, from there we will arrange a time and date for pick-up.
