Tatum Isabelle Bailey is a Ceramicist based in Los Angeles, California. She began her ceramics career in January 2017 at Santa Monica College, where she spent countless hours working to perfect her long time dream of wheel throwing. She chose ceramics as her artistic medium for its everyday utilitarian use and its organic ties to nautre. She especially enjoys watching friends and family put her work to good use. Tatum takes inspiration from the minimalism in Japanese and Danish designs as well as from the culture and natural landscape of the American West Coast, especially from her home state of California.
